Walking is great for your health and wellbeing and you don't need any special equipment to get started. It's often not as far as you think to walk for shorter journeys, plus it'll count as part of your daily exercise and you’ll feel great.

All in all, walking is a happier, healthier way to get from A to B, with each step moving us closer to a cleaner, greener Scotland.
